Arrival in Pattaya
Pattaya is a popular coastal town about 150 kilometers southeast of Bangkok. There are daily connections from Bangkok, e.g. by bus or minivan (from Ekkamai Bus Terminal, Mo Chit or Suvarnabhumi Airport). Ticket prices start from 180 baht and the journey takes around two to three hours, depending on traffic. There is also a train (from Hua Lamphong), but it runs less frequently and takes a little longer than the bus. However, the tickets are cheaper and the route is more scenic!
